Domaine Jasmin

Four generations of winemakers, passing from father to son, Patrick Jasmin has been working the family vineyard since 1978.
Passionate and with gourmet tastes, Patrick owes his father, Robert, and grandfather, Georges, for the double blessing of knowledge inherited and learned.
The vineyard currently covers 6 hectares.
Its 11 Côte-Rôtie parcels are planted with 95% Syrah and 5% Viognier.
Its prestigious Côte-Rôtie vintage is always a hit with wine lovers.
You are sure to fall for this wine that can age for 5 to 20 years, with its finesse, rich bouquet, and structure. It is an elegant pairing for red meat, game and cheese.
The "La Chevalière" Collines Rhodaniennes PGI is best enjoyed young. This 100% Syrah wine goes well with cooked meats and barbecues.
All of the vineyards wines are traditionally made and matured underground in oak barrels.
