Domaine Jocelyne & Yves Lafoy

Three generations of the family have worked this vineyard in Ampuis at the heart of the Côte-Rôtie.
The Domaine Jocelyne & Yves Lafoy was founded in 1993 with the year's first vintages.
The first vintage, 1993, was a difficult undertaking due to the poor weather.
Today, our eldest son, Gaëtan, has joined the vineyard, with all of his professional experience. His first vintage, 2012, was one that required a great deal of patience and extra care due to poor weather conditions and diseases. But both wines turned out well with a quality harvest.

We base our wines on finesse, aromatic complexity, and elegance, all while retaining the character of the terroir which is what forms the strength of our estate.
